摘　　要：目的探讨精细护理对炎症性肠病患者生活质量及自我效能的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在大连市友谊医院消化内科就诊的80例炎症性肠病患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规护理,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用精细护理,比较两组的生活质量[中文版IBD患者生活质量分析表(IBDQ)]、自我效能[中文版IBD自我效能量表(GESE)],运动耐力、体力及疲乏评分,病情及疗效评分,炎症性肠病症状评分,营养量表评分。结果试验组生活质量、自我效能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者运动耐力、体力及疲乏评分,病情及疗效评分,炎症性肠病症状评分,营养量表评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对炎症性肠病患者采取精细护理的效果显著,可提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of fine nursing on the quality of life and self-efficacy of patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with inflammatory bowel disease treated in the Department of Gastroenterology of Dalian Friendship Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 patients in the control group received routine nursing,and 40 patients in the experimental group received fine nursing on the basis of the control group.The quality of life[the quality of life of IBD patients in Chinese Version(IBDQ)],self efficacy[according to the Chinese version of IBD self efficacy scale(GESE)],the scores of exercise endurance,physical strength and fatigue,condition and curative effect,inflammatory bowel disease symptoms and nutritional scale were compared.Results The analysis of quality of life and selfefficacy in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of exercise endurance,physical strength and fatigue,condition and curative effect,inflammatory bowel disease symptoms and nutritional scale in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing for patients with inflammatory bowel disease has a significant effect,which can improve the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion..
