肝硬化并食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者的护理效果

摘　　要：目的探究肝硬化并食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者的护理效果。方法选取116例食管胃底静脉曲张破裂、合并肝硬化患者进行分组研究,观察组、对照组各58例,对比两组护理效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组日常生活能力评分明显提升(P<0.05)。护理前,两组PSQI评分、SAS评分、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后较之对照组,观察组PSQI评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均显著下降(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为98.28%,对照组为86.21%(P<0.05)。结论给予食管胃底静脉曲张破裂并肝硬化患者优质护理措施,能快速消除患者的不良情绪,提升其日常生活能力,改善睡眠质量。Objective To explore the nursing effect of patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with esophageal and gastric fundus varicose bleeding.Methods A total of 116 cases of patients with esophagogastric varicose vein rupture and cirrhosis were selected for group study.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of daily living ability in the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in PSQI scores,SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,compared with the control group,PSQI scores,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group decreased significantly(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing was 98.28%in the observation group and 86.21%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing measures for patients with esophageal and gastric fundus varicose vein rupture and cirrhosis can quickly eliminate the patients’bad mood,improve their daily living ability and improve their sleep quality.
