手术患者医院感染与手术室护理管理的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手术患者医院感染与手术室护理管理的相关性。方法选取2017年1月至2019年3月大连医科大学附属第一医院发生医院感染的50例手术患者作为感染组,将未发生医院感染的50例手术患者作为未感染组,以回顾性病历资料分析法对感染组与非感染组患者的基本资料进行搜集对比,并行logistic回归分析,分析手术患者医院感染与手术室护理管理之间的相关性。结果感染组患者手术时间超过2 h、接台手术、非Ⅰ类切口类型、术前未使用抗生素占比均明显高于非感染组患者,P<0.05。手术时间超过2 h、接台手术、非Ⅰ类切口类型、术前未使用抗生素均属于造成手术患者发生医院感染的相关性因素。手术时间超过2 h、接台手术、非Ⅰ类切口类型、术前未使用抗生素与手术患者发生医院感染呈正相关关系,P<0.05。结论手术患者医院感染与手术室护理管理关系密切,应以手术患者医院感染高危因素为依据,进一步加强手术室护理管理工作,降低医院感染现象发生概率。Objective To discuss the correlation analysis of nosocomial infection in surgical patients and operating room nursing management.Methods From January 2017 to March 2019,50 surgical patients with nosocomial infection were taken as the infection group.Will not the occurrence of nosocomial infection in 50 patients with surgery as uninfected group,looking at an object with a retrospective medical records analysis,patients with infection and the infection group of basic data gathering comparison,and then use the Logistic regression analysis for calculation,the difference between project with hospital infection in patients with surgery and the correlation between the operating room nursing management were analyzed.Results The proportion of operation time more than 2 hours,grafting operation,non-classⅠincision type and preoperative no use of antibiotics in infection group were significantly higher than those in non-infection group(P<0.05).The operation time of more than 2 hours,grafting operation,non-classⅠincision type,and no use of antibiotics before operation were all related factors that caused hospital infection in patients undergoing surgery.There was a positive correlation between the operation time of more than 2 hours,grafting operation,non-classⅠincision type,and no use of antibiotics before operation and the occurrence of hospital infection(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a close relationship between nosocomial infection in surgical patients and nursing management in operating room.We should further strengthen the nursing management in operating room based on the high risk factors of nosocomial infection in surgical patients to reduce the incidence rate of nosocomial infection.
