摘　　要：目的:研究石氏伤科熏洗方与特定电磁波治疗仪联合使用对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年12月收治腰椎间盘突出症患者72例,随机分为两组,各36例。试验组给予中药熏洗联合特定电磁波治疗仪治疗,对照组给予复方南星止痛膏外敷,比较两组患者临床疗效及满意度。结果:试验组治疗优良率及满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对腰椎间盘突出症患者联合使用石氏伤科熏洗方与特定电磁波治疗仪,能够有效提高治疗效果,患者满意度高。Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Shishi Shangke Xunxi formula combined with a specific electromagnetic wave therapy instrument on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2020,72 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 36 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with a specific electromagnetic wave treatment device.The control group was treated with compound Nanxing Zhitong ointment for external application.We compared the clinical efficacy and satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results:The treatment excellent rate and satisfaction degree of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with lumbar disc herniation,the combined use of Shishi Shangke Xunxi formula and specific electromagnetic wave treatment equipment can effectively improve the treatment effect and with high patients'satisfaction.
