社区老年高血压人群中医体质特征探讨

摘　　要：目的:分析社区老年高血压人群的中医体质特征。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年3月社区老年高血压患者349例,经诊断确定为原发性高血压。对所有患者的中医体质情况加以分析,探究结果。结果:所有患者中,特禀质1例(0.29%),平和质3例(0.86%),气郁质6例(1.72%),气虚质10例(2.87%),湿热质16例(4.58%),血瘀质28例(8.02%),阳虚质50例(14.33%),痰湿质111例(31.81%),阴虚质124例(35.53%)。349例患者中,阴虚质患者所占比例最高,其次为痰湿质,再次为阳虚质,特禀质所占比例最低。结论:经过对社区中老年高血压病患者开展中医体质辨识工作,让医务人员更了解患者机体真实情况。以此为基础结合患者自身体质制定出与之相关的解决方案,有助于控制患者血压水平,对于治疗高血压疾病意义重大。Objective:To analyze the TCM physical characteristics of elderly hypertensive population in community.Methods:From March 2020 to March 2021,349 elderly patients with hypertension in the community were selected and diagnosed as essential hypertension.We analyzed the constitution of all patients and explored the results.Results:Among all patients,there were 1 case of Te Bing Zhi(0.29%),3 cases of Ping He Zhi(0.86%),6 cases of Qi Yu Zhi(1.72%),10 cases of Qi Xu Zhi(2.87%),16 cases of Shi Re Zhi(4.58%),28 cases of Xue Yu Zhi(8.02%),50 cases of Yang Xu Zhi(14.33%),111 cases of Tan Shi Zhi(31.81%)and 124 cases of Yin Xu Zhi(35.53%).Among the 349 patients,the proportion of patients with Yin Xu Zhi was the highest,followed by Tan Shi Zhi,Tang Xu Zhi,and the proportion of Te Bing Zhi was the lowest.Conclusion:By carrying out TCM Constitution identification for middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension in the community,medical staff can better understand the real situation of patients.On this basis,combined with the patient's own constitution,formulate relevant solutions,which will help to control the patient's blood pressure level,which is of great significance for the treatment of hypertensive diseases.
