正柴胡饮冲剂治疗100例高校学生感冒疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨正柴胡饮冲剂治疗高校学生感冒的临床效果。方法:2017年10月-2018年5月收治风寒型感冒学生100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组口服利巴韦林片,3次/d,0.3 g/次;观察组在利巴韦林基础上口服正柴胡饮冲剂,10 g(1包)/次,3次/d,3 d为1个疗程,根据病情可用2个疗程,愈后停药。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组体温恢复正常时间、咽部充血消失时间、头痛及关节痛消失时间、喷嚏消失时间、鼻塞消失时间、流涕消失时间、咳嗽消失时间均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:正柴胡饮冲剂治疗感冒简单易行,不良反应少,疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Zhengchaihuyin granules in the treatment of colds in college students.Methods:From October 2017 to May 2018,100 students with wind-cold type of common cold were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was taken orally with ribavirin tablets,3 times/d,0.3 g/time.The observation group was taken orally Zhengchaihuyin granules on the basis of ribavirin,10 g(1 packet)/time,3 times/d,3 days is a course of treatment,two courses of treatment can be used according to the condition,and stop the drug after healing.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The time for body temperature to return to normal,disappearance time of pharyngeal congestion,headache and joint pain disappear time,sneeze disappear time,nasal congestion disappear time,runny nose disappear time,cough disappear time in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zhengchaihuyin granules is simple and easy to treat colds,with few adverse reactions and remarkable curative effect.
