摘　　要：目的:分析精神障碍患者出院后家庭延续护理中微信随访干预的应用效果。方法:2018年2月-2020年1月收治精神障碍患者162例,随机分为两组,各81例。对照组出院后依据传统方式开展家庭延续护理;观察组在传统方式基础上增加微信随访干预。比较两组患者精神病病耻感量表(MRSS)评分、康复状态量表(MRSS)评分和用药依从性。结果:观察组干预后SSMI-C及MRSS评分均低于对照组,且用药依从性高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将微信随访干预用于精神障碍患者出院后家庭延续护理的效果确切,能降低病耻感,提升用药依从性,促进康复。Objective:To explore the application effect of wechat follow-up intervention in family continuous nursing of patients with mental disorders after discharge.Methods:From February 2018 to January 2020,162 patients with mental disorders were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 81 patients in each group.The control group carried out family continuous nursing according to the traditional way after discharge.The observation group increased wechat follow-up intervention on the basis of traditional methods.We compared the scores of psychiatric stigma scale(MRSS),rehabilitation status scale(MRSS)and medication compliance between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the scores of SSMI-C and MRSS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the medication compliance was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of wechat follow-up intervention in family continuous nursing of patients with mental disorders after discharge is definite,it can reduce the sense of shame,improve medication compliance and promote rehabilitation.
