摘　　要：目的:探讨手术室全方位舒适护理对髋关节置换术患者心理状态及心率的影响。方法:2018年9月-2020年8月收治实施髋关节置换术患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组采用手术室全方位舒适护理措施,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,且不良情绪发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组苏醒后心率波动水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在进行髋关节置换术的患者护理中采用手术室全方位舒适护理措施的效果更好,护理满意度更高,患者心率水平相对更加平稳,具有一定优越性。Objective:To explore the effect of omni-directional comfort nursing in operating room on psychological state and heart rate of patients undergoing hip arthroplasty.Methods:From September 2018 to August 2020,70 patients undergoing hip arthroplasty were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing measures.The observation group adopted omni-directional comfort nursing measures in the operating room.We compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of bad emotions was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the fluctuation level of heart rate after awakening was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of patients undergoing hip arthroplasty,the effect of all-round comfortable nursing measures in the operating room is better,the nursing satisfaction is high,and the patient's heart rate level is relatively more stable,which has certain advantages.
