摘　　要：目的:分析康复护理对老年干部病房脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年6月老年干部病房收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上实施康复护理,比较两组患者神经功能缺损程度、运动功能、日常生活能力及生活质量。结果:试验组干预后神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,运动功能量表(Fugl-Meyer)评分、巴塞尔指数(Barthel)及生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年干部病房脑卒中偏瘫患者实施康复护理,能有效改善患者神经功能缺损症状,促进运动功能恢复,提高日常生活能力及生活质量,提升康复效果。Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on motor function recovery of stroke patients with hemiplegia in elderly cadre ward.Methods:From January 2019 to June 2020,100 stroke patients with hemiplegia treated in the elderly cadre ward were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The experimental group implemented rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the degree of neurological deficit,motor function,ability of daily living and quality of life between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the NIHSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the Fugl-Meyer score,Barthel Index and quality of life were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with hemiplegia in the elderly cadre ward can effectively improve the symptoms of neurological deficit,promote the recovery of motor function,improve the ability of daily life and quality of life,and improve the rehabilitation effect.
