摘　　要：目的:分析糖尿病患者早期动脉硬化检测结果以及护理干预方法。方法:2018年5月-2019年7月收治糖尿病患者68例,作为研究组;另外选择同期非糖尿病患者68例,作为参照组。比较两组患者踝肱脉搏波传导速度(PWV)及脚踝上臂血压比(ABI)。结果:研究组PWV及ABI水平均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期对糖尿病患者进行动脉硬化检测结果分析,能及时发现动脉血管病变,并根据患者具体情况给予相应的护理干预措施,能有效缓解动脉血管病变程度,减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the test results of early arteriosclerosis in diabetic patients and nursing intervention.Methods:From May 2018 to July 2019,68 patients with diabetes were treated as the research group.Another 68 cases of non-diabetic patients were selected as the reference group.We compared ankle brachial pulse wave velocity(PWV)and ankle upper arm blood pressure ratio(ABI)between the two groups.Results:In the study group,the levels of PWV and ABI were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early analysis of arteriosclerosis detection results for diabetic patients can detect arterial vascular disease in time,and provide corresponding nursing interventions according to the specific conditions of the patient,which can effectively alleviate the degree of arterial vascular disease and relieve the suffering of patients.It is worthy of clinical application,Worthy of clinical application.
