在核医学ECT检查中应用人性化护理的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析核医学ECT检查应用人性化护理的效果。方法:选取2019年8月-2020年8月在核医学科接受ECT检查患者66例,随机分为两组。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受人性化护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理总有效率及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组意外事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:核医学ECT检查应用人性化护理效果显著,可以提高患者护理满意度及生活质量评分,降低意外事件的发生率。Objective:To analyze the effect of humanized nursing in ECT examination of nuclear medicine.Methods:From August 2019 to August 2020,66 patients who received ECT examination in the department of nuclear medicine were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional nursing.The observation group received humanized nursing.The nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of accidents in the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than the control group after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of humanized nursing in ECT examination of nuclear medicine is significant,which can improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life score of patients and reduce the incidence of accidents.
