摘　　要：文章通过智慧城市中的城市运行平台消防行业分平台,应用大数据和云计算,并结合原公安部消防局科研计划项目"消防车液体灭火剂量自动监测显示系统"(2012XFCX04)研究,将消防作战现场车辆、消防指战员参战力量、消防水源的汇总,为消防灭火救援作战指挥决策提供技术支持。Based on the fire pretection pattern of smart city platform, this paper provides technical supports for the fire fighting and rescue operation command, by means of big data and cloud computing, and combines the original research project named "Automatic Liquid Fire Extinguishing Dosage Monitoring System on Fire Trucks"(2012 xfcx04), researched by fire department of the Ministry of Public Security, so as to provides insight into overall layout of the fire trucks, firefighters and water recharging.
