安源路矿工人补习学校的创办及其意义

摘　　要：安源路矿工人补习学校是中国共产党早期创办的面向工人普及文化知识、传播革命思想及培育革命新人的学校。学校根据不同的教育对象,在教学过程中将文化教育、生活启蒙教育与马克思主义思想教育相结合,形成了灵活多样的教学形式、注重解决实际问题的教学内容和重视思想教育的办学特色。安源路矿工人补习学校的创办拉近了中国共产党与工人队伍的距离,为后期安源工会的成立和巩固奠定了基础;提升了工人队伍的自身素质,对当时社会风气的改善起到推动作用;促进了革命思想的传播,为安源工人运动奠定了思想基础,在一定程度上推进了历史的发展。Anyuan Road Mine Workers’Tutorial School is the school established early by the Communist Party of China for serving workers to popularize cultural knowledge and cultivate new revolutionary.According to the different education objects,the school adopts the corresponding school running form and teaching content.In the process of teaching,the school combines the cultural education,life enlightenment education and Marxist ideological education,forming the school-running characteristics with flexible and diverse teaching form,teaching content focused on solving practical problems and attaching importance to the of ideological education.Anyuan Road Mine Workers’Tutorial School is an important part of the workers’education system,which laid the foundation for the establishment and consolidation of Anyuan trade union in the later period;it not only promoted the quality of workers themselves,which promoted the improvement of social atmosphere at that time;it also spread the revolutionary thought,laid the ideological foundation for the Anyuan workers’movement,and promoted the development of history to a certain extent.
