甘薯新品种龙薯35号的选育及特性鉴定

摘　　要：甘薯新品种龙薯35号是龙岩市农业科学研究所以岩粉1号为母本、岩薯5号为父本杂交选育而成的食用型品种.2016—2017年福建省甘薯新品种区域试验中,2年平均鲜薯、薯干和淀粉产量分别为36.93、9.77、5.62 t/hm^(2),分别比对照金山57增产5.06%、6.67%和5.23%,干物率为25.66%,食味和外观评分分别为81.30、81.70分,都高于对照(80分).品质分析结果显示,淀粉、还原糖、蔗糖、蛋白质、膳食纤维的质量分数分别为68.20%、9.50%、11.70%、8.39%和4.00%.中抗蔓割病和黑斑病.具有产量较高、食味好、抗病性较好的特点.在种植密度5.25万株/hm^(2)时,可取得最高鲜薯产量,为33.52 t/hm^(2).2020年取得植物新品种权证书,品种权号为CNA20181274.3.Longshu 35,a new sweetpotato variety from Longyan Agricultural Science Research Institute,is an edible type variety which is bred by crossing Yanfen 1 and Yanshu 5.In the 2016-2017 regional trials of new sweetpotato varieties in Fujian Province,the 2-year average yields of fresh sweetpotato,dried sweetpotato and starch were 36.93,9.77 and 5.62 t/hm^(2),respectively,which were 5.06%,6.67%and 5.23%higher than those of the control Jinshan 57.The dry matter rate was 25.66%,the taste and the appearance scores were 81.30、81.70 points,respectively,which were higher than that of control.The quality analysis results showed that the mass fractions of starch,reducing sugar,sucrose,protein,and dietary fiber were 68.20%,9.50%,11.70%,8.39%and 4.00%,respectively.This variety is moderately resistant to vine disease and black spot disease.It has the characteristics of higher yield,good taste and better disease resistance.When the planting density is 52500 plants/hm^(2),the highest fresh sweetpotato yield is 33.52 t/hm^(2).In 2020,new plant species right was obtained with No.CNA20181274.3.
