摘 要:针对单向阀卸荷冲击压力试验环境蓄存能量不足的技术难题,测试结果无法准确反映出产品的动态特性,在实验室内的液压支架偏载工况、标准测试工况、外加蓄能释放工况下进行大量液控单向阀冲击压力测试,研究其变化规律。依据标准GB 25974.3—2010要求,创新性地提出一种基于碟簧蓄能装置的冲击压力测试方法,使得标准测试工况测试曲线接近支架偏载工况下的测试曲线,测试数据更加真实,有效地反映单向阀动态特性,对提高产品质量有较好的指导意义。Aiming at the technical problem of insufficient energy storage in the unloading impact pressure test environment of check valve,the test results can not accurately reflect the dynamic characteristics of the product.A large number of hydraulic control check valve were carried out under the eccentric load condition,standard test condition and external energy storage release condition in the laboratory to study its change law.According to the requirements of GB 25974.3—2010,an innovative impact pressure test method based on disc spring energy storage device was proposed,which made the test curve under the standard test conditions close to the test curve under the support eccentric load conditions,and the test data reflected the dynamic characteristics of check valve more truly and effectively,which had better guiding significance for improving product quality.
