摘 要:综采综放工艺在煤矿实际应用中非常广泛,综采综放设备的配套使用及实际应用相关技术也非常成熟。但针对综采工作面中设备运行功率因数偏低、前后刮板输送机在应对冲击负载造成的电流波动等问题均未得到解决。在应用变频器后,关于能否提高功率因数的现场数据研究方面的文献较少,因此通过对链式静止无功发生器在刮板输送机上的应用,采集了各类现场数据,经过了对比整理,形成了完善的应用数据分析。链式静止无功发生器在刮板输送机上的应用有效改善了综采工作面的前后部刮板输送机功率因数偏低、冲击电流大等问题。通过无功补偿装置的就地无功补偿,经SVG补偿后的线路功率因数有所提高,供电质量明显改善并起到了节能降耗作用。Fully mechanized mining and fully mechanized caving technology has been widely used in coal mines,and the supporting use of fully mechanized mining and fully mechanized caving equipment and related technologies in practical application are also very mature.However,in view of the low power factor of equipment operation in fully mechanized mining face,the front and rear scraper conveyor in response to the impact load caused by current fluctuations and other problems haven’t been solved.After the application of frequency converter,there are few literature on the field data research on whether the power factor can be improved.Therefore,through the application of the chain static var generator on the scraper conveyor,all kinds of field data were collected,compared and sorted,and a perfect application data analysis was formed.The application of chain static var generator in scraper conveyor had effectively improved the problems of low power factor and large impulse current in front of fully mechanized mining and rear scraper conveyor.Through the local reactive power compensation of the reactive power compensation device,the power factor of the line compensated by SVG had been improved,the power supply quality had been improved obviously,and the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction had been played.
