摘 要:简要介绍了煤矿刮板输送机牵引机构的作用及组成零件,通过分析牵引链拉伸时受力状态,绘制了载荷与变形曲线图;介绍了牵引链试验负荷、弹性模量的确定原则;详细分析了紧链力与运行过程中各点张力的区别和相互关系,说明了紧链力设定原则及牵引链最大、最小张力点位置。分析为刮板输送机牵引链故障判断、紧链力精确计算提供必要参考。The functions and components of the drag chain of scraper conveyor in coal mine were briefly introduced.By analyzing the stress state of the drag chain during tension,the curves of load and deformation were drawn.The determination principle of test load and elastic modulus of drag chain was introduced.The difference and relationship between the chain tightening force and the tension at each point during operation were analyzed in detail.The setting principle of the chain tightening force and the position of maximum and minimum tension points of drag chain were introduced,which provided necessary reference for the fault judgment of scraper conveyor drag chain and the accurate calculation of chain tightening force.
