摘 要:智能电能表软件已成为影响产品质量的关键因素,其软件可靠性评价对电力企业实现供货商管理非常重要。为实现供货商软件可靠性的对比分析,提出了一种基于属性一致性理论的供货商电能表软件可靠性测试结果一致性分析方法。基于黑盒测试方法构建了电能表软件可靠性测试系统和测试用例,设计了科恩Kappa对可靠性测试结果一致性进行计算和评价。通过对6家供货商的电能表以及同一供货商4类电能表软件的24个测试项可靠性测试结果的分析,供货商3和6的Kappa值最大,其值为0.625,一致性最好。在供货商3的4类表中,表型2与表型3的Kappa值最大,其值为0.833,一致性最高。结果表明:所提方法可减小随机因素对可靠性测试结果一致性评定的影响,有助于电力企业实现可靠性异常供货商以及与优质供货商可靠性一致性较好的备选供货商的识别。The embedded software of smart meter has become a key factor affecting product quality, and its reliability evaluation is vital for power enterprises to realize supplier management. In order to realize the comparative analysis of embedded software reliability of suppliers, a consistency analysis method for reliability test results of embedded software from different suppliers based on attribute consistency theory is proposed in this paper. the embedded software reliability test system and test cases are built based on the black box test method, and then, Cohen’s Kappa is designed to calculate and evaluate the consistency of reliability test results. The reliability test results of 24 test items of electricity meters from 6 suppliers and 4 types of electricity meter from the same supplier are analyzed, the highest Kappa value is obtained between the 3 rd supplier and the 6 th supplier, and the Cohen’s Kappa value is 0.625 with best consistency. In the 4 categories list of 3 rd supplier, the highest Kappa value is obtained between the 2 nd category and the 3 rd category, and the Cohen’s Kappa value is 0.833 with highest consistency. The results show that this method can reduce the influence of random factors on the consistency evaluation of reliability test results, which is helpful for power enterprises to realize the reliability management of suppliers and realize the identification of suppliers with abnormal reliability or alternative suppliers with good reliability consistency with quality suppliers.
