摘  要:便携式电量计量装置可以在保证电力用户正常用电的情况下,对电能表更换过程中用户实际使用的电量进行计量和监测。文中提出了一种基于改进优化隶属度函数的便携式电量计量装置综合评估方法。从商务和技术两方面建立了便携式电量计量装置的综合评估指标体系;为了避免现有隶属度函数选择和指标权重确定方法中存在的单一性和主观性问题,提出了一种改进隶属度函数优化构造方法,提高了评价结果可信度;进而结合序关系法和均方差法确定各指标的权重向量,并给出了便携式电量计量装置综合评估的算法步骤。研究结果表明,文中所提出的综合评估方法能对便携式电量计量装置做出有效评价,具有较高的可信度。The portable electricity metering devices can measure and monitor the electricity actually used by the user during the process of electricity meter replacement and ensure the normal power consumption of the user. A comprehensive evaluation method of portable electricity metering devices based on the improved optimization of membership functions is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a comprehensive evaluation index system of portable electricity metering devices is established from both the commercial and technical aspects. Secondly, in order to avoid the problems of singleness and subjectivity in the existing methods of membership function selection and index weight determination, an improved optimization construction method of membership functions is proposed to improve the reliability of the evaluation results. Then, the weight vector of each index is determined by the method of order relation and mean square error, and the steps of the comprehensive evaluation algorithm of the portable electricity metering devices are given. The case example shows that the comprehensive evaluation method proposed in this paper can effectively evaluate the portable electricity metering devices with higher reliability.
