摘　　要：主要介绍了涤纶FDY长丝在上油过程中,容易出现的含油(OPU)异常、上油不均,在冷却送风过程中,容易出现的送风不匀、漏风、染色条纹等异常情况及其对产品的影响,并介绍了相应的调整措施,对减少设备异常,提升产品品质给出了指导意见。This paper mainly introduces the oil-bearing(OPU)abnormalities and uneven oil feeding that are easy to occur in the oil feeding process,the abnormal conditions such as uneven air supply,air leakage and dyeing stripes that are easy to occur in the cooling air supply process and their impact on the products,introduces the corresponding adjustment measures,and gives guidance for reducing equipment abnormalities and improving product quality.
