摘  要:研究胶体金法在叶类蔬菜中吡虫啉、啶虫脒、噻虫嗪和多菌灵残留量检测的应用,并将该方法与液相色谱串联质谱法比较,证实胶体金试纸条在检测蔬菜中多菌灵、吡虫啉和啶虫脒残留的适用性。胶体金法检测蔬菜中吡虫啉、啶虫脒、噻虫嗪和多菌灵的检出限分别为0.05、0.05、0.01和0.25mg/kg;该方法在6种叶类蔬菜中的稳定性较好;实验室加标验证4种农药残留检测的假阴性率和假阳性率均为0,与参比方法无显著性差异(χ^(2)<3.84);实物阳性样品验证4种农药残留检测的假阴性率均为0,假阳性率分别为0、0、5.0%和0,但与参比仪器方法均无显著性差异(χ^(2)<3.84)。The application of colloidal gold method for the determination of Imidacloprid,Acetamiprid,thiamethoxam and Carbendazim residues in leafy vegetables was investigated,and the results showed that the colloidal gold strip was suitable for the determination of Carbendazim,imidacloprid and Acetamiprid residues in vegetables.The detection limits of Imidacloprid,Acetamiprid,thiamethoxam and Carbendazim in vegetables were 0.05,0.05,0.01 and 0.25 mg/kg,respectively by Colloidal gold method;the stability of the method was good in the six leafy vegetables;the false negative rate and false positive rate of the four pesticide residues were verified to be 0 by laboratory spiking.which were not significantly different from those of the reference method(X^(2)<3.84);and the false negative rate of the four pesticide residues in the positive samples was 0 and the false positive rates were 0,0,5.0%and 0,respectively,but there was no significant difference with the reference instrument method(X^(2)<3.84).
