金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421防治棉蓟马田间药效试验研究

摘　　要：用金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421可分散油悬浮剂40、60、80mL/667m^(2)和5%啶虫脒乳油30mL/667m^(2)开展棉蓟马田间药效试验,于药前和药后1、7、14 d进行田间调查。结果表明,各药剂处理组对棉蓟马均有防效,其中,80亿孢子/mL金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421可分散油悬浮剂80mL/667m^(2)和5%啶虫脒乳油30mL/667m^(2)防治棉蓟马速效性较好,且持效期较长,药后1d,防效就达到78.90%和79.15%,药后7d,防效均达到>87%,药后14d防效达到>95%。随着80亿孢子/mL金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421可分散油悬浮剂用药量增加,最终防效显著提高。综合考虑防治效果和环境影响,建议使用金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421可分散油悬浮剂80mL/667m^(2)用于大面积棉蓟马防治。The field efficacy trials were carried out on metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 dispersible oil suspension(OD)at the application rate of 40,60 and 80 mL/667 m^(2) and on 5%acetamiprid emulsifiable concentrates(EC)at 30 mL/667 m^(2) against cotton thrips.The field surveys were conducted before treatment and after 1,7 and 14 d of treatment.The results showed that all the treatment groups controlled cotton thrips effectively,among which metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 OD at 8 billion spores/m L and 5%acetamiprid EC at 30 mL/667 m^(2) provided better and quicker efficacy with longer persistence,and that the control efficacy reached 78.90%and 79.15%after 1 d of treatment,and more than 87%after 7 days of treatment and more than 95%after 14 days of treatment.With the increase of the application rate,the final control effect of 8 billion spores/m L metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 OD increased significantly.Considering both the control effect and environmental impact,it is recommended to use metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 OD for large-scale cotton thrips control at the application rate of 80 mL/667 m^(2).
