摘　　要：为了解45%氯虫苯甲酰胺·噻虫胺悬浮种衣剂对花生蛴螬的防治效果及用药量,采用拌种法测定45%氯虫苯甲酰胺·噻虫胺悬浮种衣剂对蛴螬的田间防效。该种衣剂在药种比为270、360g a.i./100kg时,对花生蛴螬的防治效果分别为76.83%和83.41%,与对照药剂50%氯虫苯甲酰胺种子处理悬浮剂和48%噻虫胺悬浮种衣剂250g a.i./100kg,192a.i./100kg防治效果差异显著;该药剂拌种处理后对花生种子无不良影响,对出苗和生长有一定的促进作用。表明45%氯虫苯甲酰胺·噻虫胺悬浮种衣剂对花生蛴螬具有很好的防效,可推广应用于防治花生田地下害虫。In order to determine the control effect and dosage of 45%chlorfenoxamide·thiamethoxam FS against peanut grub,the field control effect of 45%chlorfenoxamide·thiamethoxam FS against grub was determined by seed dressing method.The control effects on peanut grub were76.83%and 83.41%at 270 and 360 g ai./100 kg,respectively,which were significant different from those of the control agent 50%chlorfenoxamide FS at 250 g ai./100 kg and 48%thiamethoxam FS at 192 ai./100 kg.The seed dressing treatment of the agent had no adverse effect on peanut seeds and had a certain promotion effect on seedling emergence and growth.The results showed that 45%chlorfenoxamide·thiamethoxam FS had good control effect on peanut grub,and could be promoted and applied to control underground pests in peanut field.
