摘　　要：目的:通过实验找到盐酸多巴酚丁胺注射液变黄的原因,并找到防止变黄的方法。方法:对影响注射液变黄的因素进行实验,对实验样品性状、pH值、含量、有关物质进行考察,找到盐酸多巴酚丁胺注射液变黄的原因。结果:温度、金属离子、氧气是盐酸多巴酚丁胺注射液变黄的原因。结论:控制药液温度和氧气含量、避免接触金属离子可有效避免盐酸多巴酚丁胺注射液变黄。objective to find out the cause of yellowing of dobutamine hydrochloride injection and find out the method to prevent yellowing.Methods the factors influencing the yellowing of dobutamine hydrochloride injection were studied,and the properties,pH,content and related substances of the experimental samples were investigated to find out the reasons for the yellowing of dobutamine hydrochloride injection.Results temperature,metal ions and oxygen were the reasons for the yellowing of dobutamine hydrochloride injection.Conclusion controlling the temperature and oxygen content of the solution and avoiding contact with metal ions can effectively avoid the yellowing of dobutamine hydrochloride injection.
