摘 要:在化工原理教学中由学生自主编程完成逐板计算法求取精馏塔理论板层数不仅能帮助学生理解精馏塔工作原理、掌握理论板层数计算方法,而且能为后续化工原理课程设计和毕业设计的开展打下良好基础。本文介绍了利用Python语言实现精馏塔逐板计算的程序算法。通过调用Numpy和Scipy模块库完成线性方程求解和样条插值求取汽液相组成。这一策略规避了复杂的数值分析算法,使本科生编制逐板计算程序成为可能。本文以苯-甲苯精馏塔为例演示了理论板层数的求取,并将逐板计算过程可视化为精馏塔梯级图。逐板计算程序也可以用于求解精馏塔内的组成与温度分布,说明程序同样适用于课堂教学。It is desirable to the students to design a program for determining the number of theoretical trays of distillation tower using the piecewise method during the course of the unit operation in chemical engineering.It not only helps the students to gain deeper understanding of the working principle of the distillation tower,acquire the calculation method,but also facilitates the successive study of chemical engineering design and the graduation thesis as well.This paper shows the program for determining the number of theoretical trays via piecewise calculation using Python.By importing the modules of Numpy and Scipy into the program,we realize the solution of linear equations and spline interpolation on the equilibrium composition in vapour/liquid phase without using the sophisticated numerical schemes.It allows the students to design the program independently.We further show the calculation of the number of theoretical trays in the distillation of benzene-toluene system.The process of piecewise calculation is then Visualized.The profiles of temperature and composition in the distillation tower are also displayed.It indicates the program is also applicable to the courses.
