摘 要:采用UV/Fenton氧化技术处理某实际含镍(Ni)高浓度有机废水,研究了初始反应pH值、反应时间和药剂投加比例对污染物去除效果的影响,并对比了UV/Fenton氧化技术与传统Fenton氧化技术的处理效果差异。结果表明:UV/Fenton氧化技术能够显著提升污染物去除效果,在初始反应pH值为3.0,H_(2)O_(2)∶COD(质量比)为1∶1,Fe^(2+)∶H_(2)O_(2)(质量比)为0.3∶1,反应时间为48 h时,UV/Fenton可有效氧化分解废水中的有机污染物,对络合态Ni实现有效破络,出水的COD<500 mg/L,TP<0.3 mg/L,Ni<0.1 mg/L。In this study,UV/Fenton technology was employed to treat a real industrial wastewater which contains Ni and high concentrations of organic pollutants.The influences of initial solution pH,reaction time and dosage ratio on COD removal and destroying effect of complexing forming Ni were investigated.Besides,the difference of treatment efficiencies between traditional Fenton and UV/Fenton were also compared.The results demonstrated that UV/Fenton could improved the oxidation ability significantly.When the initial solution pH was 3.0,the dosage ratio of H_(2)O_(2)∶COD was 1∶1,the dosage ratio of Fe^(2+)∶H_(2)O_(2) was 0.3∶1 and reaction time was 48 h,UV/Fenton could effectively oxidize organic pollutants and destroy the complexing form Ni.After treatment,the concentrations of COD,TP and Ni were less than 500 mg/L,0.3 mg/L and 0.1 mg/L,respectively.
