摘  要:人类赖以生存的环境主要包括自然环境与社会环境。自然环境是社会环境的基础,而社会环境又是自然环境的发展。环境形象塑造是中国新时代经济、政治、文化、社会和生态文明“五位一体”总体布局和建设的重要组成部分。基于自然环境和社会环境的相关因素及所面临的问题探索其形象塑造,运用议程设置和框架理论讨论环境形象塑造的传播过程和相关策略,通过政策法治和科学技术的传播增强他律和自律,使人们能够具有法治意识,同时理性和科学地对待环境、保护环境、与自然和谐共生且积极地塑造环境形象。The environment that human beings mainly depend on includes natural environment and social environment.Natural environment is the foundation of social environment,and social environment is the development of natural environment.Environmental image building of China is an important part of the“five-sphere integrated”plan for promoting economic,political,cultural,social and ecological civilization development in the new era.Based on the relevant factors and problems of the natural and social environment,this paper explores its image building,and uses the agenda setting and framing theory to discuss the communication process and relevant strategies of environmental image building to enhance heteronomy and self-discipline through the dissemination of policy rule of law and science and technology,so that people can have the awareness of rule of law,treat the environment rationally and scientifically,protect the environment,live in harmony with nature and actively shape the environmental image.
