摘　　要：医疗康复行业在我国作为新兴行业还不够成熟,现存的医疗康复系统仍不够完善。文章基于服务设计理念,首先阐述了相关概念解析及研究意义;其次运用服务设计的方法,提出"线上"+"线下"新服务模式;最后通过眼动实验和可用性分析,证明该医疗康复服务新模式的可用性,从中发掘新模式的价值。通过文章的研究,以期为以后医疗康复行业的发展提供有利参考价值。The medical rehabilitation industry is not mature enough in China as an emerging industry,and the existing medical rehabilitation service system is still not perfect.Based on the theory of service design,this article first elaborates the analysis of related concepts and the significance of research.Secondly,uses the method of service design to propose a new service model of "Online" + "Offline",and finally proves the medical rehabilitation service through eye movement experiments and usability analysis.The usability of the new model,from which to discover the value of the new model.Through the research of this article,we hope to provide a favorable reference value for the future development of the medical rehabilitation industry.
