虚拟孵化器对在孵企业的金融支持研究--以深圳市南山区为例

摘　　要：基于融通创新理念,从虚拟孵化器的运行机制及发展特点入手,结合信息不对称和风险共担等相关理论,分析虚拟孵化器在运行过程中面临的现实问题,并以深圳市南山区虚拟孵化器为研究案例,探究其金融支持模式,为虚拟孵化器金融支持系统构建提供思路。研究结果表明:构建多维主体参与、全链条的金融支持系统对解决虚拟孵化器运行中的现实问题具有重要意义;构建系统完善的金融支持系统不仅需要政府政策和资金引导,同时还需要整合多主体资源,利用虚拟孵化的线上优势在各创新主体之间建立信息交流等服务平台,形成风险共担和利益共享等机制,降低信息不对称程度和金融支持过程的不确定性,实现科技和金融的有效结合。It is stressed by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China that China should establish a system of technological innovation with enterprises as the main body,the market as the guidance,and deep integration of enterprises,universities,and research institutes to support integrated innovation of small,medium and large enterprises and various entities.Taking the internet as carrier,virtual incubators integrate incubators,government,industry,university,research,finance,intermediary and form a wide-area collaborative innovation network.As a new trend of traditional technological incubators in the new era,virtual incubators have become an innovative tool that transcends geographical and time constraints and effectively integrates resources of various entities,providing higher-quality services for the cultivation and development of technological enterprises.With the continuous advancement of the construction of virtual incubators,more and more incubating enterprises continually inject new momentum into China's innovation and development,and become an important part of the national innovation system.Based on the concept of integration innovation and related theories such as information asymmetry and risk sharing,this paper starts with the operating mechanism and development characteristics of virtual incubators and take the virtual incubators in Nanshan District,Shenzhen as study cases,to explore their financial support model and provide suggestions to construct the financial support system for the virtual incubators.The research results show that the construction of a financial support system with participation of various entities,multiple channels,and full chain is of great importance to the survival and development of incubating enterprises in the virtual incubators.The construction of a comprehensive financial support system requires not only government's policy support and financial guidance,but also the integration of multi-agent resources.Through the exploitation of o
