摘 要:为筛选出规模化奶牛场布鲁氏菌病(简称“布病”)诊断与净化的最佳血清学检测方法,试验对选定的40头奶牛进行分组免疫,疫苗为商品化A19和S2疫苗,利用虎红平板凝集试验(RBT)、间接酶联免疫吸附试验(iELISA)、竞争酶联免疫吸附试验(cELISA)、乳汁间接酶联免疫吸附试验(mELISA)、琼脂扩散试验(AGID)和布病检测试纸卡共6种检测方法对免疫后0~240 d奶牛血清和牛奶进行检测。结果显示,iELISA、mELISA、RBT和布病检测试纸卡的敏感性较高,均可适用于自然感染牛的初筛;cELISA适用于感染晚期确诊,与iELISA组合可用于规模化奶牛场布病净化筛选;AGID适用于免疫背景不清或尚未超过免疫干扰期的牛群血清检测。通过6种不同布鲁氏菌病血清学方法检出率的对比试验,可为奶牛养殖场布鲁氏菌病的准确诊断和科学防控提供合理的检测依据。In order to screen out the best serological detection method for diagnosis and purification of brucellosis in large-scale dairy farms,40 selected dairy cattles were immunized in groups with commercial A19 and S2 vaccines.The serum and milk of dairy cattles at 0-240 days after immunization were detected by RBT,iELISA,cELISA,mELISA,AGID and brucellosis test paper card.The results showed that iELISA,mELISA,RBT and brucellosis test paper cards were sensitive and suitable for the initial screening of naturally infected cattle,cELISA was suitable for late diagnosis of infection,and combined with iELISA could be used for purification screening of brucellosis in large-scale dairy farms.AGID was suitable for serum detection of cattle whose immune background was unclear has not exceeded the immune interference period.The comparison test of the detection rates of six different brucellosis serological methods could provide a reasonable detection basis for accurate diagnosis and scientific prevention and control of brucellosis in dairy farms.
