摘　　要：西北地区县级生活垃圾渗滤液的产量小(30~100 t/d),盐分较高,营养物质较少,C/N失衡。又因受寒冷气候条件的影响,其生活垃圾渗滤液处理工艺整体系统的稳定运行和达标出水波动较大。鉴于此,以秦安县生活垃圾无害化处理场为工程背景,探讨了我国西北高寒地区生活垃圾渗滤液的处理工艺,以确定最佳工艺流程。经分析发现,秦安生活垃圾渗滤液处理系统采用的预处理+砂滤过滤系统+两级DTRO工艺系统运行稳定,设备事故率低,人员占有少,操作简单,系统出水水质稳定达标,恶臭气体收集及处理系统满足《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB 14554—93)的二级排放标准。The output of county-level domestic garbage leachate in Northwestern China is small(30~100 t/d),the salt content is relatively high,the nutrients are low,and the C/N is out of balance.In addition,due to the influence of cold weather conditions,the overall system of the domestic garbage leachate treatment process operation is unstable and there are large fluctuations in the water discharged from the standard.In view of this,with the harmless treatment plant of domestic waste in Qin'an County as the engineering background,the treatment process of domestic waste leachate in the alpine region of china northwest was discussed to determine the best process flow.After analysis,it is found that the pretreatment+sand filtration system+two-stage DTRO process system adopted in the Qin'an domestic waste leachate treatment system operates stably,with low equipment accident rate,fewer personnels,simple operation,and the system's effluent quality is stable and up to standard,with bad smell The odor gas collection and treatment system meets the secondary emission standard of the Emission Standard for Odor Pollutants(GB 14554—93).
