摘　　要：晋绥边区是中国共产党在抗战时期领导的重要根据地之一。面对抗战形势的发展和边区农村发展的需要,党领导的晋绥边区政府在晋绥农村地区开展了一系列的建设运动,抗疫运动就是针对边区农村地区的生命安全与卫生健康问题开展的运动。通过抗疫运动的开展使边区农民加强了对日军细菌战危害的认识以及保持个人卫生健康的重要性,充分体现了党领导的政府在处理基层公共卫生问题方面的应对能力。以《抗战日报》这一边区重要媒体文献为基础,对边区政府建立后抗战时期的抗疫运动进行探索是对党的基层治理经验的一个审视,对今天农村的公共卫生问题及新冠疫情的应对也具有重要的借鉴价值。Shanxi-Suiyuan border area is one of the important base areas led by the Communist Party of China during the anti-Japanese war.Faced with the development of the situation of the anti-Japanese war and the need of the rural development of the border area,the party-led government of the Shanxi-Suiyuan border area has carried out a series of construction campaigns in the rural areas of Shanxi-Suiyuan,the anti-epidemic campaign is a campaign aimed at the problems of life safety and health in the rural areas of border areas.By carrying out the anti-epidemic campaign,the peasants in the border area have strengthened their understanding of the harm of Japanese germ warfare and the importance of keeping their personal health,which fully reflects the party-led government’s ability to deal with the public health problems at the grassroots level.Based on the Anti-Japanese War Daily,an important media document in the border region,this paper explores the anti-epidemic campaign after the establishment of the border region government,which is an examination of the party’s experience in grass-roots governance,it also has the important reference value to the rural public health question and the new crown epidemic situation.
