摘 要:横隔板疲劳裂纹是正交异性钢桥面板的主要疲劳失效模式,为提高传统止裂孔处的疲劳寿命,提出了将止裂孔作为预处理措施与高强螺栓、粘贴碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)、粘贴钢板相结合的复合加固方法。为了研究止裂孔复合加固方法的修复效果,以含单边初始裂纹的钢板为研究对象,对止裂孔加固和复合加固钢板进行了疲劳测试,对比分析了复合加固方法的失效模式、裂纹扩展规律和疲劳性能,并基于有限元分析揭示了栓接止裂孔复合加固机理。试验结果表明,粘贴CFRP和粘贴钢板由结构树脂胶剥离引起失效,栓接止裂孔失效以垫片疲劳破坏为主;复合加固有效延缓了疲劳裂纹扩展速率,疲劳寿命达到止裂孔加固的3.6~15.8倍,粘贴钢板和栓接止裂孔的加固效果优于粘贴CFRP的加固效果。综合对比来看,栓接止裂孔加固垫片先于母材破坏起到失效预警作用,并可更换高强螺栓周期性提高疲劳性能,是理想的“微损伤”加固方法。Fatigue crack in diaphragm plate is the main fatigue failure mode of orthotropic steel bridge deck.In order to improve the fatigue life of traditional stop-hole treatment method,a composite reinforcement method was proposed combining high strength bolt,carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)and steel plate with stop-hole as a pretreatment measure.In order to study the effectiveness of the composite reinforcement method using stop holes,the fatigue test was carried out on the steel plate with single side initial crack,and the failure mode,crack propagation law and fatigue performance of steel plate strengthened by composite reinforcement methods were compared.Based on the Finite Element Analysis(FEA),the internal mechanism of composite reinforcement by using stop holes and high-strength bolts was revealed.Test results show that the failure of bonded CFRP and steel plate is caused by the stripping of resin adhesive,and the failure of bolted stop hole is mainly caused by the fatigue failure of gasket.Composite reinforcement can effectively delay the fatigue crack growth rate,and the fatigue life can reach 3.6~15.8 times of that reinforced by the stop hole.The reinforcement effect of the bonded steel plate and the bolted stop hole is better than that of the bonded CFRP.In a comprehensive comparison,the gasket plays a failure warning role before the parent material failure,and high-strength bolt can be replaced to periodically improve fatigue performance.Therefore,the method of stop hole improved by high-strength bolt is an ideal“micro damage”reinforcement method.
