摘 要:优先发展可再生能源是我国推进能源革命的主要政策和重大举措之一。为了适应未来可再生能源发展规划,实现可再生能源项目效益发挥、能源结构改善和促进地方经济社会同步协调发展,分析从衔接国土空间规划和用途管控要求科学规划可再生能源用地布局,合理设计用地取得方式及产权属性制度,研究提高用地综合利用潜能可能性等方面,对可再生能源项目用地及综合利用进行了研究探索。Giving priority to the development of renewable energy is one of the main policies and major measures for our country to promote the energy revolution.In order to adapt to the future renewable energy development plan,realize the benefit of renewable energy projects,improve the energy structure and promote the coordinated development of local economy and society,the land use and the feasibility of land comprehensive utilization of renewable energy projects are studied from the aspects of scientifically planning the layout of renewable energy land utilization to meet the requirements of national land and space plan and use control,rationally designing the acquisition method and property right attribute system of land,and improving the potential of comprehensive utilization of land.
