摘 要:在橡胶条拉拔试验及数值模拟基础上,首先开展了设计厚度的中贴式橡胶止水带的数值模拟分析,结果表明,中贴式橡胶止水带在给定工况下的应力小于最大容许应力值,工作性能满足要求。此后进行了针对橡胶止水带厚度以及橡胶和混凝土之间摩擦系数的敏感性分析,研究了止水带厚度以及摩擦系数对中贴式橡胶止水带安全性的影响。最后开展了模型试验,结果表明设计厚度的中贴式橡胶止水带在给定工况下未发生渗漏,可以满足工程要求。Based on the pull-out tests of rubber strip and its numerical simulation,the numerical simulation analysis on internally-side attached rubber waterstop belt with designed thickness is firstly carried out,and the results show that the stress on rubber waterstop belt under the given working condition is less than the maximum permissible stress and the working behavior meets the requirements.Then,the sensitivity analysis on the thickness and friction coefficient between rubber and concrete is performed,and the influence of thickness and friction coefficient on the safety of internally-side attached rubber waterstop belt is studied.Finally,the anti-seepage model test is carried out,and the results indicate that the internally-side attached rubber waterstop belt with designed thickness has no leakage under the given working condition and can meet the engineering requirements.
