摘 要:介绍了金寨抽水蓄能电站水泵水轮机水力优化过程及模型试验内容,基于试验数据开展了机组转轮与导叶联合优化研究,并就国内出现较多问题的300 m水头级抽水蓄能电站水力开发的难点——无叶区压力脉动进行了论述。结果表明,转轮与导叶联合优化可在保证综合效率指标的基础上有效改善压力脉动。研究成果有利于提升水泵水轮机水力开发效果,进一步解决今后国内在300 m水头级抽水蓄能电站厂房共振问题。The hydraulic optimization process and model tests of the pump-turbines of Jinzhai Pumped-storage Power Station are introduced.Based on the test data,a joint optimization study of the runner and guide vane of the unit is carried out.The pressure fluctuation in the bladeless zone that is a difficulty in the hydraulic development of 300 m-meter-head pumped storage power station in China is discussed.The results show that the joint optimization of runner and guide vane can effectively improve the pressure pulsation on the basis of ensuring the comprehensive efficiency index.The research results are conducive to improve the hydraulic development effect of pump-turbines,and further solve the resonance problem of the powerhouse of 300 m-head pumped storage power station in China in the future.
