摘  要:电感是永磁同步电机控制中重要的性能参数,是电机设计的关键。双三相永磁同步电机性能计算需要准确的计算电感及磁链等相关参数,而电机在运行过程中受磁路饱和与磁路交叉耦合效应影响严重,常规方法无法准确计算。本文采用冻结磁导率法对电机交直轴电感进行计算分析,通过改变交直轴电流大小,分析电感变化规律。分析双层V型永磁体张角及永磁体间距的变化对电机性能的影响,在保证永磁体的用量不变的情况下增大了凸极率,提高电机的过载能力。Inductance is an important performance parameter in the control of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),which is the key of motor design.The performance calculation of dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor requires accurate calculation of inductance and flux linkage and other related parameters.However,the motor is seriously affected by the magnetic circuit saturation and cross coupling effect in the operation process,which cannot be accurately calculated by conventional methods.In this paper,the frozen permeability method was used to calculate and analyze the A-axis and D-axis inductance of the motor,and the variation law of inductance was analyzed by changing the quadrature-direct axis current.The influence of the change of double-layer V-type permanent magnet angle and permanent magnet spacing on the motor performance was analyzed.The salient ratio was increased and the overload capacity of the motor was improved under the condition of keeping the amount of permanent magnet unchanged.
