摘 要:为了研究盘式轮毂电机的温升,建立了盘式轮毂电机的三维有限元(FEM)模型,对盘式轮毂电机的绕组结构进行分析,运用相关的传热学理论对绕组以及绝缘材料等进行建模。文中提出了双层绕组等效模型,并使用该模型计算了盘式轮毂电机的绕组等效导热系数,采用有限元方法对该电机进行了绕组温度场的精确计算。最后,对盘式轮毂电机进行台架试验,通过仿真与试验验证了该模型的准确性。In order to study the temperature distribution of hub motor,three-dimensional finite element model(FEM)of a hub motors was established,the winding structure was analysised,the related theory of heat transfer was used to modeling of winding and insulation materials.The equivalent model of double-layer windings was presented,and the equivalent thermal conductivity of the windings of the hub motor was calculated by using this model,and the temperature field of the windings was calculated accurately by using the finite element method.Finally,a bench test was carried out on the hub motor,and the accuracy of the model was verified by simulation and test.
