摘 要:母线电压和端电压通过硬件比较得到反电动势过零点的方法存在母线电压波动或者偏移,会导致相邻反电动势过零点的相位差反复延长和缩短的不平衡过零点现象,若在该基础上采用传统延时30°电角度换相方法,可能会造成超前换相和滞后换相,以此带来转矩脉动。为解决换相点不准的问题,采用相邻反电动势过零点的中点为换相点来设置换相延时角,并运用求平均的算法来消除随机误差。相比于传统延时30°电角度换相方法,该方法可获得更准确的换相点,实现无刷直流电机无位置传感器调速系统更平稳运行。通过实验验证了该方法的有效性。Bus voltage of the voltage and the counter electromotive force is obtained by hardware comparison method of passing zero busbar voltage fluctuation or busbar voltage deviation,can cause adjacent counter electromotive force of zero phase difference repeatedly extended and shortening the unbalanced phenomenon of zero,if be used based on the traditional time delay angle of 30°electric commutation method,may cause lead in phase and lag phase,in order to bring the torque ripple.In order to solve the problem of inaccurate commutation point,the commutation delay angle was set by using the midpoint of adjacent inverse electromotive force crossing zero as the commutation point,and the algorithm of finding the average was used to eliminate the random error.Compared with the traditional time-delay 30°electric angle commutation method,this method can obtain more accurate commutation point and realize more stable operation of the sensorless speed regulating system of BLDC motor.The effectiveness of this method was verified by experiments.
