摘　　要：美国核管会基于MIL-STD-461G:2015、IEC 61000-4、IEEE Std C62等电磁兼容系列标准,形成了RG 1.180-2019《安全相关仪控系统电磁和射频干扰评估导则》中特定的电磁兼容敏感度测试方案。详细对比分析导则认可的不同标准体系及测试方案发现,RG 1.180-2019选用的MIL-STD-461G:2015和IEC 61000-4都针对电磁敏感度规定了较全面的测试方法和测试程序,但二者的频率范围、适用范围、测试限值等存在较大差异。此外,RG 1.180-2019提供了两套浪涌测试方案,并新增了静电放电测试项目。为方便国内核电厂开展电磁敏感度测试,文章最后给出了安全相关仪控系统电磁敏感度测试方案明确的选用程序和注意事项。Based on the EMC series standards such as MIL-STD-461G:2015,IEC 61000-4,IEEE Std C62 and so on,U.S.Nuclear Regulatory Commission(NRC)develops the specific EMC susceptibility test schemes in RG 1.180-2019‘NRC’s guidelines for evaluating EMI/RFI in Safety-Related Instrumentation and Contro(l I&C)Systems’.Through detailed comparison and analysis of different standards and test schemes approved by the guidelines,it is found that both MIL-STD-461G and IEC 61000-4 provide comprehensive electromagnetic susceptibility testing methods and procedures,but there are great differences in frequency range,application scope,susceptibility envelop and so on.In addition,RG 1.180-2019 provides two sets of surge test schemes and adds electrostatic discharge(ESD)test item.In order to facilitate the electromagnetic susceptibility test of domestic nuclear power plants,the paper finally gives the specific selection procedures of testing procedures and notes on electromagnetic susceptibility of safety-related instrumentation and control systems.
