摘　　要：给出一种基于吉伯尔特乘法器的电子电位器,详细分析了其工作原理,推导得出其输出电流与控制电压之间的关系,并给出了改进后的实用电路。该电子电位器实用电路简单,只用到4个晶体管、少量电阻和电容。通过对电路进行PSPICE仿真,分析了其输出电流、电压随控制电压的变化,以及带宽和噪声电压。仿真结果表明该电子电位器输出电流动态范围大、频带宽、噪声小,具有一定的使用价值。An electronic potentiometer based on Gilbert multiplier is given,its working principle is analyzed in detail,the relationship between its output current and control voltage is derived,and an improved practical circuit is given.The practical circuit of the electronic potentiometer is simple,only 4 transistors and a small amount of resistors and capacitors are used.Through the PSPICE simulation of the circuit,the output current and output voltage changes with the control voltage,as well as the bandwidth and noise voltage are analyzed.The simulation results show that the electronic potentiometer has a large dynamic range of output current,a wide frequency band,and low noise,and it has a certain value in use.
