摘　　要：针对综采工作面刮板输送机使用过程中出现松链,采用传统人工紧链时劳动作业强度大、紧链效果差、安全系数低等技术难题,大斗沟矿通过技术研究设计了一套刮板输送机液压紧链装置,分析了该装置结构、工作原理,通过实际应用效果来看,该装置具有自动化水平高、劳动作业强度低等优点,取得了显著应用成效。In view of the loose chain in the use of scraper conveyor in fully mechanized mining face,when the traditional manual chain tightening is adopted,the technical problems of high labor intensity,poor chain tightening effect and low safety factor are solved.Through technical research,a set of scraper conveyor chain tightening device is designed in Dadougou Mine,and the structure and working principle of the device are analyzed,The device has the advantages of high automation level and low labor intensity,and has achieved remarkable application results.
