摘　　要：论文以我国高端酒店为研究对象,初步分析了高端酒店经营发展的现状及存在的问题,并提出提高保洁标准、推动产品转型升级、实施差异化经营战略、向数字化与智慧化方向转型等策略,以期为我国高端酒店转型升级提供一定的借鉴。This paper takes China's high-end hotels as the research object,and preliminarily analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the high-end hotels.The paper also puts forward strategies such as improving cleaning standards,promoting product transformation and upgrading,implementing differentiated management strategies,and transforming to digital and intelligent direction,so as to provide some reference for the transformation and upgrading of China's high-end hotels.
