摘　　要：建筑业是推动经济高质量发展的重要产业。基于BIM技术在建筑行业中的应用,建筑类企业对专业人才的需求向复合型、创新型方向转变。根据土建类企业岗位需求培养建筑专业人才成为优化我国新基建工程的必然要求。为更好地培养出符合土建类企业所需求的人才,论文采取问卷调查的方式,了解土建类企业对建筑人才的需求结构,以此为土建类人才培养模式改革提供方向与依据。Construction industry is an important industry to promote high quality economic development.Based on the application of BIM technology in the construction industry,the demand of construction enterprises for professional talents is changing to the direction of compound and innovation.Training construction professionals according to the post demand of civil engineering enterprises has become an inevitable requirement to optimize China's new infrastructure projects.In order to better cultivate talents in line with the needs of civil engineering enterprises,this paper adopts the way of questionnaire survey to understand the demand structure of civil engineering enterprises for construction talents,so as to provide direction and basis for the reform of civil engineering talents training mode.
