摘  要:采用凝胶渗透色谱-紫外检测技术建立了苯基硅油中微量甲基苯基硅氧烷环体以及硅油结构中苯基的定量方法.在优化实验条件下,甲基苯基硅氧烷环体在10~1000μg/mL(即苯基浓度在0.0735~7.35μmol/mL)范围内线性良好.50μg/mL甲基苯基硅氧烷环体5次进样峰面积相对标准偏差为3.7%.对于10 mg/mL的苯基硅油样品溶液,其甲基苯基硅氧烷环体的定量下限为1.0 mg/g,苯基的定量下限为7.35μmol/g.实验结果显示不同类型的苯基硅油产品中苯基以及甲基苯基硅氧烷环体的含量差异显著.In this paper,an analytical method for the determination of trace methylphenylcyclosilicone and phenyl group in methylphenylsilicone fluid was established by gel permeation chromatography-ultraviolet.Under the optimized experimental conditions,methylphenylcyclosilicone was well linearly in the range of 10-1000μg/mL(or with the phenyl concentration in the range of 0.0735-7.35μmol/mL).The relative standard deviation of the peak area was 3.7%for methylphenylcyclosilicone at the level of 50μg/mL.The quantification limit of methylphenylcyclosilicone was 1.0μg/mg for the solvent of methylphenylsilicone fluid at the level of 10 mg/mL,and that of phenyl concentration was 7.35μmol/g.The results showed that the content of methylphenylcyclosilicone and that of phenyl group varied distinctively in different types of methylphenylsilicone fluid products.
