摘  要:本文旨在研究银杏叶葡萄籽复合粉对贵妃蛋鸡血清酶活性、血脂水平和鸡蛋胆固醇含量的影响。选取30周龄的健康贵妃蛋鸡120羽,随机分成对照组和试验组共4组,各设3个重复,每个重复10羽对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加1.0%、1.5%和2.0%的银杏叶葡萄籽复合粉,预试期7d正试期60d。结果表明,与对照组相比,各试验组能显著提高血清中乳酸脱氢酶的活性(P<0.05),谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶的活性有下降趋势,但均差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组能显著降低血清甘油三酯和血清总胆固醇含量(P<0.05),血清HDL-C含量随着银杏叶葡萄籽复合粉添加水平的提高有升高的势态,且以1.5%银杏叶葡萄籽复合粉组提高最多,为37.65%差异达显著水平(P<0.05)。试验组的蛋黄相对重差异不显著(P>0.05),试验组的蛋黄胆固醇和每个全蛋胆固醇含量随着银杏叶葡萄籽复合粉添加水平的提高有降低的势态且以1.5%银杏叶葡萄籽复合粉组降低显著,分别降低了13.73%(P<0.05)和27.17%(P<0.05)。试验结果显示,蛋鸡饲粮中添加银杏叶葡萄籽复合粉可以提高贵妃蛋鸡血清酶的活性、降低血脂水平和鸡蛋胆固醇含量且以添加1.5%为宜。In order to study the effect of Ginkgo folium-Grape seed compound powder on serum enzyme activity,blood lipid level and egg cholesterol content in Guifei laying hens.A total of 120 healthy Guifei laying hens with 30 weeks were randomly assigned to 4 groups(one control group and three experimental groups)with 3 replicates per group and 10 hens per replicate.Hens in the control group were fed a basic diet,and the experimental groups were fed the basic diet supplemented with 1.0%,1.5%and 2.0%Ginkgo folium-Grape seed compound powder,The pre-experiment lasted 7 d and experiment lasted 60 d.The results showed that compared with the control group,the activity of lactate dehydrogenase in serum was significantly increased in each experimental group(P<0.05),and alanine aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase activity decreased,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The serum triglyceride and serum total cholesterol content were significantly reduced in the experimental group(P<0.05),and the serum HDL-C content increased with the increase of Ginkgo folium-Grape seed compound powder.The serum HDL-C content in 1.5%Ginkgo folium-Grape seed compound powder experimental group was 37.65%,it increased most and had the significant difference(P<0.05).The relative weight of egg yolk in the experimental group was not significantly different(P>0.05).The egg yolk cholesterol and the whole egg cholesterol content in the experimental group decreased with the increase of Ginkgo biloba-Grape seed compound powder,and them in the 1.5%Ginkgo folium-Grape seed compound powder experimental group decreased significantly,reduced 13.73%and 27.17%,respectively(P<0.05).It could be concluded that adding Ginkgo folium-Grape seed compound powder in laying hens’diet can increase serum enzyme activity,reduce blood lipid level and egg cholesterol content,and 1.5%should be added.
