两种绿头鸭血液生化指标分析及评价

摘　　要：为了解美国绿头鸭和白羽绿头鸭血液生化指标,对其种质资源特性进行系统评价积累基础数据。本研究随机选取43周龄美国绿头鸭和白羽绿头鸭各60只(公母各半),利用贝克曼生化分析仪进行15种血清生化指标测定分析。结果显示,公白羽绿头鸭白蛋白(ALB)、总胆汁酸(TBA)、胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆红素(T.BILI)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)和直接胆红素(D.BILI)血液生化指标显著高于公美国绿头鸭(P<0.05),丙氨酰氨基转移酶(ALT)、镁(Mg)、钙(Ca)和总蛋白(TP)血液生化指标显著低于公美国绿头鸭(P<0.05),γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和葡萄糖(GLU)血液生化指标两种公绿头鸭无显著差异(P>0.05);母白羽绿头鸭碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、ALT、ALB、总胆汁酸、胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、GLU和直接胆红素血液生化指标显著高于母美国绿头鸭(P<0.05),钙、总蛋白和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇血液生化指标显著低于母美国绿头鸭(P<0.05),γ-谷氨酰基转移酶、镁、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶和总胆红素两种母绿头鸭无显著差异(P>0.05)。本研究获得了生化指标的参考范围,可以为两种绿头鸭的育种、生产、健康检测、疾控和资源保护提供参考。To understand the blood biochemical parameters of American mallards and White-feathered Mallards,and to accumulate basic data for systematic evaluation of the germplasm characteristics.In this study,60 American mallards and White-feathered Mallards(half male and half female)were selected randomly at 43 weeks of age,and 15 serum biochemical parameters were determined and analyzed using a Beckman biochemical analyzer.The results showed that the blood biochemical indexes of male White-feathered Mallard albumin(ALB),total bile acid(TBA),cholesterol(CHO),triglyceride(TG),total bilirubin(T.BILI),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL)and direct bilirubin(D.BILI)was significantly higher than that of male American mallards(P<0.05),Alanyl aminotransferase(ALT),magnesium(Mg),Calcium(Ca)and total protein(TP)were significantly lower than that of male mallards(P<0.05).The blood biochemical indexes ofγ-glutamyltransferase(GGT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and glucose(GLU)were not different significantly(P>0.05);The blood biochemical indexes of female White-feathered Mallards alkaline phosphatase(ALP),ALT,ALB,total bile acid,cholesterol,triglyceride(TG),HDL,glucose and direct bilirubin were significantly higher than female American mallards(P<0.05),calcium,total protein and lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol were lower significantly than female American mallards(P<0.05),y-glutamyltransferase,magnesium,aspartate aminotransferase and total bilirubin have no significant difference(P>0.05).It was conclude that the reference range of biochemical indicators of mallards has been obtained,which could provide references for breeding,production,health testing,disease control and resource protection for mallards.
