摘 要:试验研究甜玉米秆全混青贮对杂交水牛育肥效果、肉用性能及血清生化指标的影响。采用完全随机分组设计,选取体重(356.2±43.5)kg、年龄相近的健康杂交公水牛20头,随机分为2组,每组10个重复。对照组水牛饲喂普通甜玉米秆青贮+精料,试验组水牛饲喂甜玉米秆全混青贮饲料。预试期7 d,正式试验期75 d。结果显示,试验组公水牛的平均日增重低于对照组,但是差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组公水牛的干物质采食量,粗蛋白、代谢能、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、钙和磷的摄入量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组公水牛的背膘厚度、眼肌面积、肌间脂肪含量及大理石花纹评分等肉用性能指标均低于对照组(P>0.05)。试验组公水牛的血清白蛋白、总胆固醇含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);总蛋白、球蛋白、蛋白比、尿素氮、甘油三酯及空腹葡萄糖含量与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,新鲜甜玉米秆可加入玉米、豆粕、麦麸等精饲料制成营养全面的全混青贮饲料,替代常规甜玉米秆青贮加精料日粮饲喂的方式应用于生产。The experiment was to analyze the effect of sweet corn straw full-mix silage feeding technology on fattening effect,meat performance and serum biochemical indexes of hybrid buffalo.A completely randomized grouping design was adopted to select 20 healthy crossbred male buffaloes(356.2±43.5)kg of similar body weight and age,and randomly divided into two groups,and ten replicates in each group.The buffalo in control group were fed with ordinary sweet corn straw silage with concentrate,and the buffalo in test group were fed with the sweet corn straw full-mix silage.The pre-experiment period lasted for 7 d,and the experiment period last for 75 d.The results showed that the average daily weight gain of test group was lower than that of control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Dry matter intake,crude protein,metabolizable energy,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,calcium and phosphorus intake of male buffalo in test group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The back fat,eye muscle area,intermuscular fat content and marbling score in test group were lower than those of control group(P>0.05).The serum albumin and total cholesterol in test group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05),the total protein,globulin,protein ratio,urea nitrogen,triglyceride and fasting glucose were not significantly different from those of control group(P>0.05).The experiment indicates that fresh sweet corn straw can be added to corn,soybean meal,wheat bran and other concentrated feeds to make total mixed ration silage,instead of conventional sweet corn straw silage plus concentrated ration feeding in production.
