摘  要:试验研究不同前处理方法对干灰化法-原子吸收光谱法测定饲料中铅含量的影响。基于现行国家标准饲料中铅和镉含量测定的前处理方法,通过建立2种灰化条件和2种灰分消解条件交互使用的4种不同前处理方法,测定试样的加标回收率,评价4种前处理方法的优缺点和适用性。结果显示,采用500℃灰化16 h,先后用HNO_(3)溶液(5 mL,6 mol/L)和HCl溶液(5 mL,6 mol/L)消解灰分的方法,各添加梯度的回收率最高,最趋于100%,可应用于样品量少、准确度要求高的检测。采用500℃灰化16 h,用HCl单一溶液(10 mL,6 mol/L)消解灰分的方法,各添加梯度的铅回收率与现行国家标准中的方法得到的结果无差异,且可同时兼顾铅含量和镉含量的测定,可选为最佳前处理方法用于饲料和饲料添加剂质量安全监测日常工作。The experiment was to research on different pretreatment methods on dry ashing method,atomic absorption spectrometry determination of lead content in feed,based on the existing national standard in the feed pretreatment method for the determination of lead and cadmium content,through the establishment of two kinds of ashing conditions and two kinds of ash dissolve interaction using four different pretreatment methods,determination of sample standard addition recovery,the advantages,disadvantages and applicability of the four pretreatment methods were evaluated.The results showed that the ash content was digested by HNO_(3) solution(5 mL,6 mol/L)and HCl solution(5 mL,6 mol/L)for 16 h at 500℃,and the recovery rate of each addition gradient was the highest,reaching 100%,which could be used for the detection of small sample quantity and high accuracy requirement.Using the ash digestion method of HCl single solution(10 m L,6 mol/L)at 500℃ for 16 h,the lead recovery of each gradient had no difference with the results obtained in the current national standard,and the determination of lead and cadmium content can be considered simultaneously,which could be selected as the best pretreatment method for feed and feed additives quality and safety monitoring daily work.
