平乐正骨三期用药之创伤中期药物内治法浅析

摘　　要：平乐正骨创建了初、中、后三期"破、和、补"的辨证用药治法,创伤中期药物内治法采用通经活络、活血接骨、调气活血、疏肝和胃、理气止痛等诊治方法以达到调和气血、通经活络、去瘀生新、接骨续筋等目的,治疗方法特色鲜明,疗效确切。文章列举验案2则并进行了详细分析,体现了辨证施治的特点,并为临床用药提供了思路。Pingle orthopedics and traumatology established the internal therapy drug treatment method of’breaking,harmonizing and invigorating’in the three-stage traumatic drug administration.The diagnostic and therapeutic method of Pingle orthopedics and traumatology mid-term traumatic internal therapy drugs such as warming and dredging channels and vessels,soothing liver,regulating stomach and qi,arresting pain,activating blood are used to warming and dredging channels and vessels,activating blood,coaptating bone and removing stasis.And this method has obvious curative effect and distinctive characteristics.The cases reflected features of syndrome differentiation treatment and reflects determination of treatment based on differdntiation of symptoms and signs.And it provides a reference for clinical medication in orthopaedics and traumatology department.
